The Spanish Vending Association (ANEDA) hosted its highly anticipated Expo Congress in Madrid from May 23 to 25, 2023. Replacing the former Vendibérica trade show, the ANEDA Expo Congress surpassed expectations by transforming into a vibrant business event with a good exhibition space. The three-day congress attracted vending industry leaders, enthusiasts, and professionals who engaged in educational sessions and experienced an atmosphere brimming with innovation.
ANEDA designed the Expo Congress as an all-encompassing platform to connect industry players, foster business collaborations, and showcase cutting-edge products and services. The congress offered attendees a unique opportunity to explore the latest trends, network with like-minded individuals, and learn from industry experts.
One of the key highlights of the event was the exhibition space, which featured booths from leading vending machine manufacturers, technology providers, and service companies. Exhibitors took the opportunity to display their innovative solutions, including state-of-the-art vending machines, cashless payment systems, and telemetry systems, just to name some of them. The expansive exhibition area provided a perfect setting for attendees to engage directly with vendors, gather insights, and strike up potential partnerships.
To further enrich the experience, the ANEDA Expo Congress featured a comprehensive lineup of educational sessions and workshops. Attendees had the chance to expand their knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends through informative presentations and interactive discussions. Renowned experts led sessions on topics ranging from smart vending technologies and data analytics to sustainable practices and customer experience enhancement. Also, Erwin Wetzel, the EVA Director General gave a thorough presentation about the latest Report on consumer behaviour on-the-go and in the workplace.
In a special highlight, ANEDA invited Vicente del Bosque, the legendary former coach of the Spanish national football team, as a guest speaker. Del Bosque, known for his leadership skills and ability to inspire others, shared his insights on teamwork, motivation, and achieving success. His presence added a touch of inspiration and excitement to the congress, leaving attendees motivated and energized.
The attendance at the ANEDA Expo Congress was very satisfactory according to the organisers, with a significant number of professionals, entrepreneurs, and vending enthusiasts present. The good atmosphere reflected the enthusiasm that attendees brought to the event.
